Probably the best day of my life so far. My inner fan girl came out when I met Danny Stevens!!! (The Audition). I've seen The Audition 4 times now, my fan girl obsession died down about 2 years a go but I got SO excited when I found out they were playing slam dunk festival! Went and saw them and almost died with happiness when he came into the crowd and was right next to me, actually went out to my friends after like 'OMG I TOUCHED DANNY STEVENS!!!!!!' so you can imagine how I felt when we were chilling at the after party and I saw him stood talking to his band. I just strolled over, shaking, almost in tears and asked him to sign my ticket/have a photo. Wish I wasn't so fan-girly now so I could've had a proper conversation with him but I was way too starstruck! I apologise for how foul I look in this photo, I had been at the festival for over 12 hours by this time!
The actual festival was awesome too, saw Straight Lines, Lower Than Atlantis, Rob Lynch, The Audition, The Story So Far and Architects as well as a few other bands. Such a sick day all in all, so so happy!
